Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, proactive, versatile and strategic Bilingual Content Writer and Copywriter ready to join our team and make an impact.
You will be responsible for creating compelling, clear and engaging content that reflects our clients’ brand voices and connects with their target audiences. Your writing will play a central role in building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving conversion.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong passion for words and storytelling. You will write, translate, and refine high‑impact bilingual copy, ensuring cultural relevance and strict brand consistency in both languages. The role requires a solid understanding of how to shape brand voice and create engaging content that drives measurable marketing results across a wide range of media channels.
Academics and Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, Translation, Journalism, Communications and Media, or a related equivalent field.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a copywriting role.
- Agency experience.
- Strong portfolio of English and Arabic copy, including links, writing tests, or live campaign samples.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical assessment test.
- Proficient in Arabic and English content writing and copywriting.
- Ability to create content for social media marketing, advertisements, websites, slogans, and video or audio scripts.
- Skilled in copywriting formulas, methodologies, and techniques.
- Strong research skills.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an understanding of SEO principles.
- Familiar with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), social schedulers (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite), and digital analytics or SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- High adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

Produce, refine, and proofread varied content and high-quality copy for multiple media formats, including websites, product descriptions, and blogs.

Maintain a consistent brand voice, clear strategic alignment, and measurable marketing performance across all relevant channels, based on specific project briefs and formatted decks.
Adapt the brand’s tone of voice and language while ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to brand guidelines. -
Apply a strong understanding of marketing principles across multiple channels to ensure all copy is tailored to maximise engagement with the target audience.

Translate content seamlessly between English and Arabic, guaranteeing accuracy, linguistic precision, and cultural resonance.

Conduct comprehensive research on competitors and the industry to uncover actionable insights and generate innovative creative ideas.
