This is a two-way conversation with management, held either in-person or virtually via Google Meet.

It is designed to review skills and technical competencies individually, focusing on a comfortable exchange regarding culture and problem-solving.

Final evaluation and decision.

Successful candidates will be welcomed by a formal offer via Email.
