Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Arabic Copywriter/Content Writer ready to make a difference.
You will be responsible for crafting compelling, clear, and engaging content that captures the voice of our clients’ brands and resonates with their target audiences. Your writing will be key to driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is passionate about words and storytelling. You understand how to build brand voice and drive engagement through well-crafted content.
Academics and Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature, Journalism, Communications and Media, or a related equivalent field.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a copywriting role.
- Agency experience.
- Strong portfolio of Arabic copy, including links, writing tests, or live campaign samples.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical assessment test.
- Proficient in Arabic copywriting with the ability to create high-impact content for social media, advertisements, websites, slogans, and video or audio scripts.
- Excellent understanding of copywriting formulas, methodologies, SEO principles, and metadata optimisation.
- Strong research skills to ensure factual accuracy, linguistic precision, and cultural resonance.
- Familiar with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), social schedulers (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite), and digital analytics or SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- High adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Receptive to feedback.
- High level of professionalism and reliability.
- Excellent command of Arabic.
- Intermediate level of English is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently. You will receive support and supervision from your line manager, Technical Director, and Talent Growth Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Produce, refine, and proofread high‑quality copy for multiple media formats, including websites, product descriptions, and blogs.

Maintain a consistent brand voice, clear strategic alignment, and measurable marketing performance across all relevant channels, based on specific project briefs and formatted decks.
Adapt the brand’s tone of voice and language while ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to brand guidelines. -
Apply a strong understanding of marketing principles across multiple channels to ensure all copy is tailored to maximise engagement with the target audience.

Conduct comprehensive research on competitors and the industry to uncover actionable insights and generate innovative creative ideas.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and project managers to ensure all copy deliverables meet strict project deadlines and quality standards.
